Due to the customization aspect, custom jewelry orders are typically processed within 1-2 weeks. However, during times of elevated order volume during the holidays, custom orders can take up to 3 weeks before shipping.

Due to limited inventory of charms, we may notify you by email if any charms in your order are out of stock. You can pick a replacement charm, wait until the charm is back in stock (usually 2-3 weeks) or you can request a refund for your custom necklace. This is not common as most charms are in stock.
