SHIPPING 

Domestic orders will be shipped UPS or USPS with tracking.

International orders will be shipped DHL Express or USPS with tracking.

Free shipping for US and Canada orders over $100. Flat rate $20 DHL Express Worldwide shipping for international orders over $150.  

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery may take between 2-5 business days. During promotional or holiday periods when order volume is elevated, processing times may be longer than expected. Express 1-2 day shipping is available, but processing times still apply. Before placing your order, please verify your shipping address and information. We are unable to issue refunds for incorrect shipping addresses. 

If a package is returned to sender due to customer error there are two options:

  • A refund will be issued deducting the original and return shipping costs.
  • The package can be reshipped and the customer will be charged again for shipping. 

If you have any questions regarding order tracking, please contact the shipping carrier, as they can provide additional information.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

We will do our best to accommodate your changes, but we cannot cancel any orders if your items have already shipped.

*Order cancellations will incur a 4% transactional fee.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS  

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. We’re proud of the quality of our designs and we receive very few requests for returns. We stand behind each and every piece we sell. Here are our guidelines:

  • We do not accept returns.
  • Please contact us at info@soflojewels.com within 10 days of delivery if you would like to exchange an item.
  • Items must be marked as delivered to our return facility within 30 days of the delivery date to be accepted. Shipping fees will not be refunded. The item/s must be in original condition with original packaging. Item/s must not have been worn, altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any exchanges that do not meet the requirements above. 
  • We cannot accept exchanges for earrings, apparel, custom items or items purchased using a discount code.

  • Items purchased from exclusive limited collections are not eligible for returns or exchanges. The Stormie Goldsmith x SoFlo Jewels collection is not eligible for returns/exchanges.
  • Orders placed during our Warehouse Sale (6.19.2024 to 6.29.2024) are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or returns will be accepted. 
  • International orders are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges.

  • To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable exchange, breakage, or wear pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.

Orders cannot be canceled if they have already been processed. Please email us at info@soflojewels.com to request an order cancellation or address change within 30 minutes from placing the order.

 

JEWELRY CARE 

Due to the nature of the jewelry, exposure to water, perfume, hairspray, lotion and other similar elements is not recommended and can change the appearance. SoFlo Jewels should not be worn in the shower, the pool or to the gym. We recommend storing your jewels in a safe place when they are not being worn.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES

If you are ordering within the USA or Canada, it is very unlikely that your order will incur duties and taxes. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will not incur additional taxes, duties, or other shipping/customs fees. For international orders, we will not reimburse customers who are subject to these fees, and we will not provide a refund for this reason. International customers must determine any expected fees prior to ordering.
